Information we collect
EstimateRanger may collect account information such as business name, contact name, email address, phone number, plan status, logo, estimate customization settings, and notification preferences. If you create customers or estimates, the app may store customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, job addresses, services, prices, notes, schedules, messages, agreements, and invoice status.
How information is used
We use information to provide the estimating app, save your workspace, publish customer estimate links, help customers respond to estimates, schedule accepted work, support invoicing, maintain account settings, provide notifications, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
Customer estimate links
When a business sends an estimate link, the customer may be able to view estimate details, accept or decline the estimate, change a decision, sign an attached agreement, or send a question or comment. These actions are saved with the estimate so the business can respond.
Service providers
EstimateRanger uses Firebase for hosting, authentication, database storage, cloud functions, and related app services. Online invoicing and subscription payments may be handled by payment providers. These providers process information needed to operate those services.
Advertising and cookies
EstimateRanger may use Google AdSense or similar advertising services on free plan experiences and public pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this or other websites. Users can manage ad personalization through their Google ad settings and browser cookie settings.
Analytics and diagnostics
We may use analytics, logs, and diagnostic information to understand errors, improve performance, protect the service, and make product decisions. This may include browser type, device information, page activity, and general usage information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for account data and app storage. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Users are responsible for keeping account passwords private and for sending estimates only to appropriate recipients.
Your choices
