Use of the service
EstimateRanger provides tools for creating estimates, managing customers, mapping job measurements, sending customer links, scheduling accepted work, and creating invoices. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, including customer details, measurements, prices, taxes, discounts, notes, agreements, and invoice details.
Accounts
Users may need to create an account and verify an email address to use the app. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Estimates and customer communications
EstimateRanger helps generate and send estimates, but it does not guarantee that a customer will accept an estimate or pay an invoice. Businesses are responsible for their own pricing, service descriptions, contract terms, legal requirements, and customer communications.
Payments and subscriptions
Free and Pro plans may have different features. Paid subscriptions and online invoicing may be processed by third-party payment providers. Fees, payment terms, refunds, taxes, and account status may depend on the payment provider and the selected plan.
Acceptable use
You may not use EstimateRanger to upload harmful files, mislead customers, violate laws, abuse notifications, attack the service, interfere with other users, or store content that is unlawful or harmful. Uploaded files and account assets may be limited by file type and size for safety.
Availability
We aim to keep EstimateRanger available, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, third-party provider issues, browser limitations, or network problems. Some features may change as the product develops.
